Rental Info

  • Avon Rollins Exhibit HallThere is a facility rental fee and a staff support fee.  * A staff person must be on the premises at all times.
  • Individual Reservations/Multi-Purpose Room: $150.00 for the first 2 hours, $75.00 each additional hour. Exhibit Hall: $300 for first 2 hours, $100 each additional hour.  $20.00 per hour for staff Support after or before business hours
  • Organization/Corporate Reservation/Multi-Purpose Room $250.00 for the first 2 hours, $75 each additional hour. Exhibit Hall: $350 for the first 2 hours, $100 each additional hour. $20.00 per hour for staff support after or before business hours.
  • Individual Reservation: Half of Rental Fee, plus a $50 Clean Up Deposit
  • Organization/ Corporate Reservation: Half of Rental Fee, plus a $50 Clean Up Deposit
  • Deposits are fully refundable if reservation is canceled within 2 weeks of event
  • Clean Up Deposit refunded after the room is clean.
  • Room Set Up Fee-Opitional $50-$75 given to staff.
  • Capacity: 100 people maximum (Beck House)   300 people maximum (Exhibit Hall)
  • Catered event at either location: Reservist must use a caterer  on an approved caterers list provided by the Beck staff
  • If alcohol served, a licensed bartender must be obtained
  • All equipment is included in the facility rental cost (chairs, tables, mic system, etc.)
  • Caterers not on the Beck Caterer list must pay a $100 membership fee.
  • Membership Discount:  15% discount applies to the facility rental fee only; reservist must have current membership at time of reservation
  • No removal of permanent exhibit displays at either location
  • Meetings are free
