The Village Market Gift Shop

The Village Market Gift Shop Begins the ntry to the original Beck mansion built In 1912.  The Beck Story of Urban Renewal is a Permanent Exhibit displayed pictorially on the upper walls of the Village Market and provides an historical reflection of our community Pre and Post Urban Renewal.  Most all of the items displayed in the Village Market are available for sale.  Items include: posters, trinkets, cups, souvenirs, local arts and crafts, local natural hair products, Divine 9 Greek paraphernalia, and books by local authors including “200 Years of Black Culture in Knoxville, Tennessee, 1791-1991,” produced by Beck and authored by Mr. Robert Booker.

Guest may also purchase and personalize a “Legacy Brick.” Legacy Bricks are permanently placed each month along our Legacy Pathway located throughout the rotunda area as you enter Beck.

In addition to providing great gift ideas for others and for your own personal collection, the Village Market is a good source of funding for Beck.  Please stop by often and purchase your favorite items.

We appreciate the support and look forward to seeing you.

Please consider donating to Beck today. We cannot do this important work without you. Thank you.
