Help us preserve the stories of our community.
Page Navigation
The Dr. Robert J. Booker Archive Studio at Beck Cultural Exchange Center preserves materials documenting the history, culture, experiences, and contributions of Black people in Knoxville, East Tennessee, and surrounding communities. Donations from individuals, families, churches, schools, businesses, organizations, and community groups help ensure that these histories remain available for future generations.
Every potential donation is reviewed for its historical relevance, condition, provenance, duplication, preservation needs, and relationship to Beck’s mission.
